Online Store Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions
The online store operating under the name SWPS merchandise – SWPS university merchandise is operated by Retailors Poland Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (a limited liability company) with its registered office at Złota 59, Lumen Office 5th floor, 00-120 Warsaw, Poland, Tax Identification Number (NIP): PL5252807265, National Business Registry Number (REGON): 384868169.

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, concluding and fulfilling sales contracts, payment and delivery terms, and consumer rights and obligations.

To use the online store, the Customer must have a device with internet access and a web browser capable of displaying websites.

2. Definitions
Consumer – a natural person making a purchase in the Store for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.

Customer – any entity placing an order in the Store.

Product – a movable item available in the Store, including personalized clothing with a print of the Customer's choice.

Sales Agreement – a distance contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the online store.

3. Placing Orders and Conclusion of the Contract
Orders can be placed via the SWPS merchandise website – SWPS university merchandise 24/7.

To place an order, the Customer selects the Product, specifies its features (e.g., print design, size), adds it to the cart, and completes the order form.

After placing the order, the Customer will receive an email confirming receipt. The sales agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.

The Customer is required to provide accurate and complete information necessary to fulfill the order.

4. Payments
The Store accepts the following payment methods: instant transfer, credit/debit card, BLIK, and PayU.

The Seller does not accept cash on delivery unless otherwise stated.

If payment is not received within 1 day of the order date, the order may be canceled.

5. Delivery
Delivery is available only within Poland.

Available delivery methods: DPD courier, in-store pickup at the Wola Park Nike store during opening hours.

Delivery costs are indicated when placing the order.

Orders are usually processed within 3-4 business days from payment confirmation. Personalized products may take longer to process. The estimated delivery date will be provided in the order summary.

6. Right to Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 38 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to goods made to individual order or clearly personalized, such as clothing with a print of the Customer's choice.

Therefore, personalized Products offered in the Store are non-returnable, except in the event of a defect or non-conformity with the order.

7. Complaints (Warranty)
The consumer has the right to file a complaint if the delivered Product is defective or inconsistent with the contract.

Complaints can be submitted:

or in writing by sending the Product along with a description of the defect and proof of purchase to: Nike Wola Park, Ulica Górczewska 124, 01-460 Warsaw.

Complaints will be reviewed within 14 calendar days of receipt. If the consumer does not receive a response within this timeframe, the complaint will be deemed accepted.

If the complaint is upheld, the consumer may request: repair of the Product, replacement, a price reduction, or – in the case of a significant defect – withdrawal from the contract and a refund.

8. Warranty
Some Products may be covered by an additional manufacturer's or Seller's warranty. Warranty information is provided individually for each Product.

The warranty does not exclude, limit, or suspend the Consumer's rights under the statutory warranty.
The warranty is valid only upon presentation of proof of purchase and does not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear, intentional damage, accident, negligence on the part of the Consumer or third parties, use contrary to the instructions, or modifications or repairs performed without the Seller's consent.

9. Personal Data
The administrator of Customers' personal data is Retailors Poland.

Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders, handling complaints, and – with the Customer's consent – for marketing purposes.

10. Final Provisions
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important legal or organizational reasons. The amendments do not apply to orders placed before their effective date.

In matters not regulated by the Terms and Conditions
